Terms of Service and Refund Policy

1. Who we are

AD Games is a small independent game studio from Jordan. We make free online games that you play in your browser at adgames.online. Contact: support@adgames.online.

2. Using our games

• Our games are free to play. Some games offer optional purchases.
• You may play as a guest. To buy anything you must sign in with your email.
• If you are under 18, you need permission from a parent or guardian before buying anything.
• Do not cheat, use bots or exploits, attack our servers, or abuse other players. We may suspend or close accounts that do.

3. Gems (virtual currency)

• Gems 💎 are a virtual currency used in all AD Games games. One wallet is shared across our games.
• You can earn gems by playing, or buy gem packs.
• Gems are used to unlock items such as skins, flags and heads. Items stay on your account.
• Gems and items have no cash value. They cannot be exchanged for money, sold, or transferred to another account.
• Prices are shown in US dollars before you pay. Your bank may add its own fees or exchange rate.

4. Payments

Payments are processed by our payment partners (for example PayPal). We never see or store your card number. Gems are added to your account automatically once the payment is confirmed.

5. Refund policy

• Gems are digital content delivered instantly. When you buy, you agree that delivery starts right away, so purchases are final once the gems are added to your account.
• We will give a full refund if: the gems were never added to your account, you were charged twice for the same order, or the payment was made without your permission.
• To ask for a refund, email support@adgames.online within 14 days of the purchase, with the email of your game account and the payment receipt. We reply within 3 business days.
• When a refund is made, the gems from that purchase are removed from your account.

6. Chargebacks and disputes

Please contact us first. If a payment is reversed, charged back or disputed with your bank or payment provider, the gems are removed and the account and device used may be permanently banned from AD Games.

7. Changes and availability

We may change prices, items and games, or stop a game. If we close the gem shop, gems already bought stay usable in the games that remain online. We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version.

8. Player privacy

• What we keep: your sign-in email, your player name, your gems, items and purchase records, a random device id stored in your browser, and your IP address for security and fraud checks.
• We use this only to run the games, your account and purchases. We do not sell or share it for advertising.
• Payment details are handled by the payment partner, not by us.
• To delete your account and data, email support@adgames.online from the email of your account. Purchase records may be kept as long as the law requires.
